Oh you're so right! Have you looked into doing the 'make your blog carbon neutral' by having an organisation plant a tree? I'm not sure if they really do but I like the idea.

This is a wonderful post - the pairing of these images to promote the idea of being gentler with the Earth. I have to say, I take my canvas bags proudly into the grocery store each time and feel horrible when I forget - which is getting less and less. Again, lovely post.
