Working Out

So the other day my dad had me go in his place to meet his trainer at the gym because he had taken flight lessons all week and wanted a day to sleep in. His trainer is a great guy, and I figured I could use a work out, so I told him I'd go. Well, let me tell you, I am OUT OF SHAPE! We did a full-body work out, and in the last set of the final exercise I almost passed out! Like I had to sit down; my face was completely white, I couldn't see anything, and I felt nauseous. How lame is that? I used to be able to breeze through 3-a-days in volleyball like nothing, and now I can't even lift weights for half an hour without taking a break! Here are my excuses: First of all, the session was at 6 AM, and for someone who goes to bed at 2 and wakes up at 10, it was basically in the middle of the night for me. Second, I hadn't had any food or water before working out for at least six hours. Third, this was my first time to work out in at least a month. Fourth, I literally pass out all the time. But really, it's half my fault for being out of shape in the first place. So, no more excuses, and no more laziness for me. I'm determined to get back in shape! Join me! Ready, Set, Go!

Today's Routine:
-300 Sit ups
-30 Min Walk
-3 sets of Squats, Lunges, and Jumping Exercises
